1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Blocks and Rocks ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the Game.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Blocks and Rocks is a general-audience puzzle game designed for players of all ages.

If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
Children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union) may play the game offline or in guest mode without linking a Google account.

3. License & Acceptable Use

A. Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and play Blocks and Rocks on compatible personal devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

B. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from the Game.
Using cheats, automation tools, bots, memory editors, or hacked clients to forge scores, achievements, or rankings.
Submitting falsified or fabricated score data to our cloud database or public leaderboards.
Attempting to bypass security protocols, including Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity.
Choosing offensive, harassing, obscene, or trademark-infringing in-game handles or usernames.

4. User Accounts & Google Sign-In

Guest Play: You can play without an account; your progress remains stored locally on your device.
Google Sign-In: Linking your Google account enables cross-device synchronization and public leaderboard rankings via Firebase. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials.
Usernames: We reserve the right to reset or modify any username that violates our fair play or community standards.

5. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

Leaderboard Integrity: To preserve fair competition for all players, we employ server-side security checks and Firebase App Check. We reserve the right to audit, reset, or remove any scores or leaderboard entries determined to be obtained through cheating, memory manipulation, or unauthorized software.

6. Intellectual Property

All assets, artwork, animations, sound effects, music, visual interfaces, algorithms, and source code of Blocks and Rocks are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability & Updates

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but online features (leaderboards, cloud sync) are provided on an "as is" basis. We may update, balance, patch, or temporarily suspend online features at any time without liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Blocks and Rocks is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express, implied, or statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of game progress or data) arising from your use or inability to use the Game.
